Default Simple yet effective suggestions

1) Make an option to make it so your char automatically get all gold drops. I really don't see the point of making people walk and click on every gold drop on the ground, I'm sure some people will object to this for no good reason or whatever that's why I'm suggesting an OPTION to make it automatically pick up all gold drops (as in it automatically goes to your backpack), maybe even all Items. It would save alot of time.

2) Give Heros skill Priority control. Right now some skills are just a pain to use for certain builds. For example, Boon prots with energy drain, if you set the monk on avoid combat mode it would NEVER use energy drain since it's considered an (offensive spell). Likewise, some skills the AI just isn't smart enough to utilize. Right now your hero control only options are to shift-click and disable something, I would like it so that you can shift-click and toggle skill priority use into 1) Always use this skill when it's recharged 2) Use this skill offensively even if set on passive mode.

I don't mind picking up the gold manually. But it would be cool if Heros can pick up your drops and gold for you. Especially when your character is dead and you're afraid someone is gonna steal your Ecto.

1. Just pick it up yourself; don't be lazy
2. If a build is too complex; then you'll have to use the skills manually. Asking for this level of customization is asking Anet to give you your own bot.

1. I play this game for fun, spending time to pick up gold is just extra grind I do not need. Like I said, it's an OPTION to have, if you want to manually pick up gold you can always choose to. Of course there's always people like you who wants to hinder progress, hell, while we're at it, let's get rid of the current (K) button interface and go back to the times where we had to grind for refund points to change attributes and visit secondary class changers when we want to change builds because we're just too lazy to do so.

2. The build isn't too COMPLEX at all, it's a simple matter of AI not recognizing that some "offensive" skills are really just energy management.

I see no particular value in having to pick up gold and see no reason why it shouldn't automatically pick up gold for you. I could see some story-line objections to having items picked up, but making this an option should negate that issue. If you don't want your items automatically picked up, don't enable it. A problem with this though is when your inventory is full. Whats to prevent every dropped item from triggering the big red "inventory full" message? I should imagine this to be exceptionally annoying during a fight.

I think that rather demonstrates the OP's point.
